They have only had five cracks at making this wine and i think from the first vintage they got it spot on and have only improved from there. I think there is more then one reason the Bakery at Beechworth is so famous. Yes Ok the food is amazing but what about the wineries. We will be talking about the region like we talk about the Barossa Valley some day. Flavours: Ripe, spicy, rich nose with full bodied fruit sweet palate. Syrah meaning Shiraz and this shiraz is so silky smooth it give you confidence. Take this to your friend place for dinner and make sure your callender is free as they will want you back every night. Flavours: Savoury, think truffles and dried herbs but more on the powdered ginger end of the spectrum with typical licorice undertones. Ripe, supple tannins give the structure to age.
