A regional favourite grape that would be hard press to produce the wine it does anywhere else but the Rutherglen area. The area is quite special with long, warm Autumn days that give the grapes plenty of time to develop their intense colour and rich flavours.

Flavours: Ripe berry flavours and a seriously tannic backbone, this is classic Rutherglen Durif.

Wine Down Valuation: A wine of choice on a cold wineters night. Best enjoyed infront of open fire and with only the best of friends.

Cellaring: 1-15 years.
