I think there is more than one reason the Bakery at Beechworth is so famous. Yes Ok the food is amazing but what about the wineries. We will be talking about the region like we talk about the Barossa Valley some day.

Flavours: Ripe, spicy, rich nose with full bodied fruit sweet palate. The underlying acidity and long ripe tannins though give the wine the structure and length to make this wine really enjoyable.

Wine Down Valuation: This wine is different, but different amazing good.

Cellaring: Drinking well over the next 5-10 no problem
