Terms & Conditions for Internet purchases 
1. Where applicable, delivery fees and charges will be added to your order 
2. To ensure prompt on time deliveries please provide a telephone number for the delivery address and instructions if no one is home.
3. Not all wines on the web site are available in store. Please call to ensure stock availability if you require your delivery urgently.
4. Our Courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
5. Insurance is optional. Insurance is available on all Australian deliveries and is charged the rate of 10% of the value of your order. For example if your order comes to a total of A$1000.00 then the insurance charge will be A$100.00.   If insurance is not taken, Wine Down accept no responsibility for broken bottles.
6. Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age.
7. You may order any mix of products you wish. (NB - Unit prices apply when selecting your own mixed dozen of wine.)
8. Delivery fees are at the case rates for orders of less than 1 case. For example 1 bottle delivered to Sydney will incur a A$11.00 delivery charge. For orders of less than 12 bottles for delivery in the Melbourne Metropolitan area a A$10.00 delivery charge will apply.
9. Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.
10. All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.
11. No material from this web site may be reproduced without permission from the publishers. Errors & Omissions excepted.
12. Wine Down accepts that on some rare occasions wine can be ‘faulty’. If the wine is affected (corked) or oxidised we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase. However, we require ¾ of the bottle be returned to Wine Down. The freight cost of the return will be reimbursed by Wine Down.  Please note that returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
13. All customer card details stored will be held confidentially

Terms & Conditions for Loyalty Members 
1. Loyalty points only accrue at the Wine Down @ Carnegie store. 

2. Points accrue on Wine and Champagne purchases ONLY. 
3. Points accrued on account will expire after 18 months.
4. Vouchers sent for every 750 points accrued.  Loyalty members reviewed on a quarterly basis.
5. For every $1 spent on wine & champagne = 1 point.  Accrue 750 points  and receive a $15 Wine Down gift voucher.
6. Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards program once the lay-by has been fulfilled. 
7. Wine Down may amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice.  Wine Down will endevour to notify all Loyalty members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
8. Information relating to loyalty members will be held in a database and made available to all Wine Down stores.  By becoming a loyalty members you consent to your information being used for communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to Wine Down.  Wine Down will not sell your details to any third party.
9. You can redeem Wine Down gift vouchers at any of the Wine Down retail stores. At this stage, we are unable to accept gift vouchers on the website.
10. Wine Down reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time by providing 14 days notice.
11. Loyalty members do not accrue points on gift vouchers.

Delivery Prices

Our Delivery Prices will vary from time to time and the cost is dependent on your location, the quantity of wine purchased and weight of the total order. We maintain a cost effective delivery system.
