Bress 2009 Melange
Not sure what you were thinking Adam, but well done it's paid off. A wine that is prodominatly Voignier and Chardoonay. Ok i can understand that but to then add another six white grapes to it some would say crazy, i say brillant
Flavours: The wine offers a complex array of fruit and flower aromas of orange blossom, grapefruit, nectarine, orange blossom, grapefruit and other citrus and white peach.
Wine Down Valuation: A gamble that has paid off amazingly well
Cellaring: Whilst enjoyable now, this wine will reward careful cellaring for up to 2 years.
Craiglee 2005 Chardonnay
This wine with a few years now on it (2010) is lookng amazing and will do for another 10 does rival the most expensive Chardonnays we producein Australia
Flavours: Ripe pear, melon and passion fruit on the nose, complicated by notes of smoky lees, marzipan and dried flowers. Round, fleshy and gently sweet, with a tangy lemon rind adding verve to the broad, palate-caressing orchard fruit flavors. Finishes with impressive clarity and clinging melon and honey notes.
Wine Down Valuation: Every chardonnay lover needs to try this wine.
Cellaring: This is complex enough to enjoy now but has the balance to age.
